About Me
We are often drawn to work with what we know. As is the case for many therapists and coaches, my own journey has given me deep empathy for the challenges that come with change, loss, and uncertainty — and taught me how powerful it can be to have the right support along the way. My lived experiences are part of what help me to connect with and guide others through their respective struggles.
Therapy doesn’t always have to involve years of commitment or endless discussions about your childhood. Sometimes, all you need is support to navigate a tough life transition, overcome a specific challenge, or make sense of something that’s weighing on you. In my work, I offer both therapy and coaching. Therapy helps us understand our past and the patterns that influence how we think, feel, and relate. Coaching focuses on the future, supporting you to take intentional, aligned steps toward the life you want to create. Together, they can create a powerful space for reflection, insight, and meaningful action.
My approach is intuitive, integrative, and relational. I believe growth happens in safe, supportive relationships that allow honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or ready to create lasting change, I’ll meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your confidence, while finding clarity and direction.
All sessions are currently offered online, allowing you to access support from wherever you are in the world.
